Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on October 5, 2022 found that Compass Home Health and Rehab, LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced, onsite state re-licensure survey completed on August 12, 2022.
